Tuesday on Dance Moms Season 5 Episode 7, Abby received an invite to have her team audition for YouTube star Matty B’s latest music video! OMG!

Meanwhile, Maddie Ziegler was MIA, Mackenzie Ziegler was front and center, and the moms’ patience with Abby was stretched thin … what else is new.

Abby Lee Miller made it abundantly clear early on that Maddie Ziegler‘s sister Mackenzie, 10, would secure the Matty B video’s lead role … with conditions.

In the estimation of Abby, Mackenzie’s pop music "career" and hit single “It’s A Girl Party” would require her to earn equal billing alongside Matty B.

Of course, she feared that Mackenzie’s recording contract would forbid her from singing on the track, a requirement for the role of lead girl in the project.

“She is her own pop star. Mackenzie is not going to dance backup for some other artist. If its Matty B featuring Mack Z, I’m alright with that,” Abby said.

Of course, this is all just Abby sees it. First, Mack had to battle JoJo Siwa in an audition the role, but she got it! And Abby wasn’t even there to see it!

This proved consequential, as mom Melissa Ziegler signed a contact with Matty B’s people which did not promise her daughter would receive a top credit.

When she found out, Abby was livid on Dance Moms Season 5 Episode 7. Even by Abby standards. When you watch Dance Moms online, look out.

“I need you to talk to my attorney who represents Mackenzie and her music deal. You need to talk to him,” Abby told Blake, Matty B’s father and manager.

“We don’t know who owns the music. Who gets any revenue from the music. We don’t know if the video is to push the record sales. We don’t have a deal."

Matty B’s team refused to heed Abby’s warnings, and while the girls filmed the video, the final cut for “Turn Up The Track," appears to have removed Ziegler.

Released on the singer’s YouTube channel Friday, it features JoJo instead. Hopefully we don’t have a repeat of this scene on next week’s Part Two …
